Prior to Legendary Health, Mr. Steele was a partner at Prophecy Capital Advisors, a Venture Capital arm of the Industrial & Commercial Bank of China (ICBC). Prior to Prophecy, Mr. Steele worked as Managing Director, Head of Equity Research & Trading for the top global investment banks operating in Asia for over 2 decades. He has a long track record of turning organizations around. Mr. Steele is also an Angel Investor and started Legendary after witnessing the explosive growth of his investment in Oakhurst Hospice in Thousand Oaks, California in 2012. In addition to business development/finance, Mr. Steele has a background in software, selling his Web Services startup to President Enterprise in 1998 at age 29.
Administrator & Recruitment Director
As the Administrative Director, Yasmin is responsible for establishing and maintaining the company’s administrative procedures and keeping accurate records for executive committees, boards of directors, and outside agencies. She acts as a liaison between governing bodies, professional personnel, and staff, organizing and directing ongoing functions. Additionally, Yasmin oversees partner compliance with annual training and education programs, ensuring high standards of care and service provision. With her recruitment and employment strategies, she sources and hires qualified staff in sufficient numbers to support the company’s operations. Moreover, she implements creative recruitment programs that promote the company’s standout attributes and raise public awareness.
Software Architect
Terry Bishop has been a Senior Principal Software Architect at Microsoft for over 17 years with a level 70 employee ranking – the highest-level employee ranking achievable within the organization. He has worked across multiple departments and was instrumental in developing the core coding architectures within those departments. Terry is the current lead of Microsoft’s Azure Security Team helping to build innovative Artificial Intelligence algorithms that enhance Microsoft’s internal and end-user security protection. He has US Security clearance at the highest level having helped spearhead Microsoft’s Joint Enterprise Defense Infrastructure (JEDI) program for the Department of Defense which later became the Joint Warfighting Cloud Capability (JWCC) program between Microsoft, Amazon, Google and the US Military Cyber Warfare program. As Legendry’s Senior Software Architecture Advisor, Terry overseas and directs the company’s team of software engineers in the development of the company’s Predictive Patient Care Solutions (PPCS) platform.
Medical Director
Dr. Rita Hadley, MD is a General Surgery Specialist in Mesa, AZ and has over 28 years of experience in the medical field. She is affiliated with all of Arizona’s top medical facilities such as Banner Desert Medical Center and Chandler Regional Medical. Dr. Hadley is transitioning out of her daily role as a surgeon to become Legendary’s full time Medical Director.
Clinical Director
Ex-Military Helicopter pilot with over 40 years working in the Medical industry primarily servicing the elderly community as a Nurse Practitioner. Responsible for growing Vista Mobile Health’s patient population from 0 to 80 in just 7 months with zero marketing.
