Michael formerly held the position of CEO at Madrona Hospice & Vista Mobile Health, and he currently shares ownership of Oakhurst Hospice in California. He stepped down from his roles at Madrona & Vista in late 2021 to dedicate time to his family. With his children now independent, Michael is re-engaging with the professional sphere. His extensive background includes serving as Managing Director for prominent global investment banks across Asia, as well as in the venture capital sector both domestically and internationally.

Hubert is a senior executive with over twenty years of experience in the finance sector. As the former Managing Director and Head of Global Markets Equity at Deutsche Securities Asia Ltd., Taiwan, Hubert provided 17 years of dedicated service, excelling in risk management, sales, and trading. Beyond his expertise in capital markets, Hubert has a proven track record in venture capital, having contributed to the growth of Infinity Ventures—now known as Headline—specializing in late-stage investment solutions. His ambition is to leverage this extensive background to elevate Legendary Health to the forefront of the hospice industry.

Justin holds ownership of Oakhurst Hospice, an esteemed establishment co-founded with his father and Michael Steele. Since assuming leadership in 2021, Justin has successfully maintained an average daily census of over 80 patients, contributing to the hospice’s remarkable profitability. Looking ahead, Justin is set to lend his expertise as an Advisor to Legendary Health, where he will focus on compliance, talent acquisition, and patient outreach strategies.
